Understand the minimum charge
The minimum three-cubic-metre volume charge is A$150 excluding GST. Adding call-out of A$70 excluding GST gives a minimum of A$220 excluding GST, before any agreed additional charges.
A cubic metre measures volume. If you are unsure of the volume, send an item list, approximate dimensions and photos during follow-up. The team will need to assess the load before confirming the quotation.
Tell us what needs to go
Describe unwanted furniture, mattresses, appliances and general household items separately. The type of material, size and handling needs can affect whether the collection can be arranged and how it is priced.
List paint, chemicals, batteries, building waste or other unusual materials separately. Acceptance and any special conditions must be confirmed before collection.
Access matters as well as volume
Let us know where the items are located and whether carrying or extra handling will be needed.
- Inside the property, in a garage, upstairs or already outside.
- Stairs, lift access and any building booking requirements.
- Parking or loading restrictions and the distance from the truck to the items.
- Heavy or bulky items, approximate dimensions, or items needing disassembly.
Combine clearance with your move
If some belongings are moving and others are being removed, provide two separate lists. This helps distinguish the moving load from the collection and disposal work.
Ask for the agreed items, estimated volume, handling work, additional-charge conditions and collection date to be confirmed in writing. Do not put items out for collection until arrangements have been agreed.
