Local call-out: A$70 (ex. GST) applies to all three options. Local moving has a two-hour minimum, then 15-minute billing. All published prices exclude GST.

Each example includes the A$70 call-out (ex. GST). These are base-cost examples, not estimates of the time your move will take. Agreed extra charges may apply.
Cleaning
A$99/hour (ex. GST) for a two-person cleaning team. Two-hour minimum: A$198 (ex. GST), before any agreed call-out or extras. Confirm the checklist, expected hours and any call-out or other charges in the cleaning quote.
Rubbish removal
A$50/m³ (ex. GST) with a minimum of 3m³, plus A$70 call-out (ex. GST). Base minimum: A$220 (ex. GST). Send an item list and access notes so the load and any additional work can be assessed.
Interstate moving
Quoted for the route, load and preferred dates. Ask about shared or dedicated trucks and confirm collection and delivery arrangements in writing.
Tell us about possible extra work
- More than four steps, stairs or limited lift access.
- Items over 70 kg, unusually large items or special handling.
- Parking limits, steep driveways, narrow passages or long carrying distances.
- Furniture disassembly, assembly and any additional services.
Ask for the applicable amounts and charging basis to be included in your quote. Confirm any date-specific conditions, and when billable time begins and ends.

Is A$99/hour (ex. GST) for both movers and the truck?
Yes. A$99/hour (ex. GST) covers the 4.5T truck and both movers. Local call-out is A$70 (ex. GST). With the two-hour minimum, the base total is A$268 (ex. GST). Agreed extra charges may apply.
How is local moving time billed?
A two-hour minimum applies. After the minimum, billing is in 15-minute increments. Confirm the start and finish of chargeable time in your written quote.
Does cleaning have a minimum booking?
The cleaning rate is A$99/hour (ex. GST) for a two-person team, with a two-hour minimum of A$198 (ex. GST) before any agreed call-out or extra work. Confirm the cleaning checklist, estimated time and any call-out or other charges before booking.
How much is rubbish removal?
The rate is A$50/m³ (ex. GST), with a minimum of 3m³. Call-out is A$70 (ex. GST). The base minimum is A$220 (ex. GST). Confirm the items, access and any additional work in your quote.
What can change the final price?
